Through this activity, I learned a lot in the "Teletubbies" team, such as team tacit understanding and division of labor. Although there were some quarrels during the process, but after each quarrel, we established our relationship and tacit understanding. We were unfamiliar to each other in the beginning, but now we know other's thoughts with just one glimpse. During the process, I think the most difficult thing is to communicate, because everyone's ideas may be different, and then it may lead to the quarrels of different opinions. And that taught me the tolerance and acceptance in a group. |
